OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 3. 1.The contractor shall submit tile samples for selection on 09 October at 0900 hrs to 1200 hrs at t he Office location.

• 2.Work shall be executed as per the approved tile sample, design and site requirements.
• 3.All materials shall be new and of good quality.
• 4.The contractor shall verify actual site measurements before commencing the work.
• 5.Rates shall include material, labour, cutting, fitting, installation, tools and finishing.
• 6.Old tiles shall be removed carefully and the surface shall be properly cleaned, leveled and plastered wh erever required.
• 7.Tiles shall be fixed with proper alignment, level and neat finishing.
• 8.Any defective work or material shall be rectified/replaced by the contractor at no extra cost.
• 9.The contractor shall maintain safety and cleanliness at the work site and remove debris after complet ion.
• 10.Work shall be completed within the stipulated completion period. .
