OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.For any clarification or representation, bidder should respond in the given period only in the GEM repres entation window.
• 2.Self declaration is required at the time of technical evaluation from the bidder if he is claiming as Make i n India class I or class II local supplier. If the bidder fails to submit this certificate then considered as disqu alified in technical evaluation only. (Only for the bids, for which MII purchase preference is given)

• 4.If bidder fails to submit any required documents then buyer reserves right to disqualify the bidder
• 5.The issue of tender document does not imply that the procuring entity is bound to select Bid(s) and it re serves the right to reject any or all of the bids or cancel the tender process; or abandon the procurement o f the goods.
• 6.For sample & stock supply, consignee address should be correct. (For wrong delivery, only seller will be responsible).
• 7.All the bidders are hereby notified that there is ZERO tolerance on corruption by ESIC medical college H ospital. It is informed that bidders shall not entertain any personal call from any staff and employees and s hall immediately notify any personal calls to following email IDs – mh-asramam@esic.nic.in the bidders m ay further be informed that ESIC shall process the bill payment within scheduled duration as specified by G EM from time to time
• 8.If administration comes to know about failure of informing this from vendor or agency side the agency w ould be terminated for encouraging corrupt practices.
• 9.The bidders and participants can visit the hospital only on schedule timings and on prior appointments, they shall be allowed to meet the departments/ store in charges only in conference halls where video reco rding facility is available.Delivery Timing: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 4.00 PM Every Saturday- 9AM to 1.00 PM STOCK WILL NOT BE RECEIVED IN PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
