  • 2.Delivery time for the hoses should be specifically mentioned in below mentioned t able and a signed copy of this document shall be uploaded by the bidder: Hose Size Hose Standard Qty Delivery time after pla cing order (Days) 2" X 60' with both sides stainless ste el NPT male fitting s assembled with A luminium safety cl amps. EN ISO 1825-C EI 152 9-C 6 Quoted delivery time should be reasonable considering the urgent business requirem ent at delivery site.

  • 4.All hoses to be provided with valid QA certificate and aircraft hose should have a r easonable shelf life. Hoses manufactured in the quarter A, B, C and D of calender yea r 2026 shall be accepted. Kindly do not issue hoses manufactured before calender ye ar 2026.
  • 5.Payment shall be processed after delivery of all hoses to the above-mentioned deli very address.
  • 6.BPCL can revise the quantity of hoses in the tender based on business requirement before placing order.
  • 7.In price bid document, bidder shall upload unit price of hose. Format has been shar ed in this tender. Price bid document shall not be uploaded in technical details.
  • 8.Price quoted shall be inclusive of any other cost. No additional logistic cost, deliver y charge, TPIA charge, quality check charges shall be paid to the bidder. Bidder Sign and Seal Date
