OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 01.The scope of work and General Terms & Conditions of this proposed AMC shall be strictly as per the do cument uploaded in the Buyer Added Bid Specific ATC document.
• 02.The bidder shall upload the following documents: Valid OEM Authorization Certificate. Additional Document 1: Guaranteed list of spares with fixed rates for the entire AMC period. Additional Document 2: Duly signed and stamped Compliance Statement for the AMC as per the for mat attached in the ATC document. Additional Document 3: Any other documents.
