In case of submission of EM D through BG/ISB, the validity of BG/ISB shall be for Bid validity period + 03 months. Scanned copy of the BG/ISB has to be uploaded in the un-priced bid and he bidder should also ensure that the original BG/ISB in physical form du y enclosed in a sealed envelope super-scribed with “Offline EMD”, Bidder s Name, Tender No., bid submission end date & time, is received at the o fice of tender issuing authority within 7 working days from the date of op ening of technical bids. Format of BG/ISB against EMD should be as given in this tender. For further details regarding EMD, bidders to refer Special instru ction to tenderers (SITT).
- 11.Pre-qualification Criteria (PQC): The intending tenderers shall have to furnish proof of their pre-qualificat on and experience along with the Part-I (Techno-commercial bid). Bidders are required to submit complete documents pertaining t o Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) along-with their offer failing w hich their offer shall be liable for rejection. Bidders to note that OCL reserves the right to complete the evaluation with or withou t seeking any additional supporting documents / clarifications. 11.1 Annual Turnover (ATO) The annual turnover of the bidders (based on standalone financials of bid ding entity) shall be at least Rs. 13,29,000/- in any of the last three pre ceding financial years. Turnover for this purpose should be as per audited financial statements. Published Annual report available in the public domain shall also be acce ptable. Bidders to also refer General Notes of this NIT for further details 11.2 Work completed by the bidder, as main contractor, or as sub-contract or, during last seven years (07) endi ng last day of month previous to th e original date of bid submissio n end date. The value of completed work for ev aluation shall be considered as give n in the adjoining cell.
- (i)Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount e qual to Rs. 6,65,000/- OR
- (ii)Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount e qual to Rs. 8,86,000/- OR
- (iii)One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal o Rs. 11,08,000/- Notes:
- i)Above values shall be inclusive of GST for arriving at single/ two/ thre e completed work order values. ii) The executed value of completed work submitted by the bidder sha be considered during evaluation for experience criteria of PQC. - 12.Evaluation criteria Overall lowest (L1) basis for consideration for award. The term 'Lowest' bidder means lowest techno-commercially acceptable bidder. Bidder to refer above along with provisions of SITT.
- 13.Mode of Submission Offer must be uploaded on GeM website before the last date & time of su bmission of tender. Offer submitted using any other mode will not be acc epted. Offer submitted using any other mode will not be accepted.
