Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1) The coupling shall be designed and manufactured strictly as per API 671(Latest edition). 2) All the inspection and testing records (including shop test) as per API shall be furnished along w ith the supply. 3) Interchangeability should be guaranteed without time limit and any mismatching noticed during inspection or installation & commissioning, the coupling shall be replaced by the party, free of cost . 4) Detail fitting procedure shall be provided along with the supply. The party shall furnish list of all special tools required for assembly and disassembly for our record. 5) The MOC shall be so selected that the coupling shall have an optimum size for a given torque ra ting with an efficient power to weight ratio. 6) The party shall furnish Guarantee / Warranty certificate against defective material and poor wor kmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the date of com missioning whichever is earlier. 7) The successful Bidder shall submit detailed dimensional drawings of the coupling within 10 (Ten ) days of Purchase Order placement for purchaser’s review and written approval. No manufacturin g shall commence until the Purchaser’s final written approval (incorporating all modifications, if ap plicable) is issued. 8) Material should be packed properly to avoid damage in transit. 9) Payment shall be made in 30 days after receipt and acceptance of materials at site.
