OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Pre-Qualification Criteria:

• A.The contractor/vendors who have successfully completed similar work in any area will be considered eli gible to participate in tender.
• B.The contractors/vendors are required to submit proof of successfully completed similar type of supply or ders through biding/ tendering. Supplier has to submit proof of successfully completed supply order.
• C.Definition of similar work: Drilling/Riveting/Fabrication.
• D.Supplier must confirm to process the Services for Riveting for Carrier 6A/7A/13A/16A to complete minim um quantity of carrier per day per shift as per scope of work.
• E.Firm shall submit compliance of O.F. Bhusawal specification duly signed and stamped.
• F.Non-compliance of above terms and conditions may result in termination of participation and offer of th e Firm will be liable for rejection.
• G.Tender without submission of above supporting documents will be summarily rejected and no further co rrespondence in this regard will be made.
• H.The contractor/vendors shall strictly adhere to the scope of work, terms & conditions mentioned in Anne xure ‘A’, Drawing of the components & Pre-qualification criteria uploaded for the subject item. Note: It is recommended that before quoting, the Firm should visit Ordnance Factory Bhusawal to understa nd the job requirement & rest assessment of work. 01 service includes Services for Riveting for Carrier 6A/ 7A/13A/16A, detail Scope of Work mentioned in Annexure “A” for Qty. 33,14,758 Nos. within 12 Months . • a.The bidder must submit compliance of Buyer Added Bid Specific Additional Terms and conditions (ATC Certificate) duly signed and stamped.
• b.The bidder must submit compliance of Scope of Work attached with bid duly signed and stamped.
• 3.Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in th e Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
• 4.Safety Norms : The firm shall fulfill all safety norms of OFBH and shall provide all necessary PPEs as per requirement of job. During execution of work if Firm’s employee are not following safety norms or found wi thout required PPEs, then penalty of Rs. 1000/- per incident will be imposed. Penalty amount will be deduc ted by concern User Section at the time of preparation of JCC.
