OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1.Bid Security declaration in lieu of EMD : Bidder may submit a Bid securing declaration accepting that if th ey withdraw or modify their bid during their period of validity, or if they are awarded the contract and they fail to sign the contract , or to submit a performance security before the dead line defined in the request f or bids documents, they may be suspended for the period up to 02 years from being eligible to submit bid s for contracts with any of the procuring entities of DRDO.

• 3.Bidder has to obtain local content declaration of item from OEM and also ensure that the cost of transpo rtation, insurance, installation, commissioning, training and after sales service support like AMC/CMC etc s hould not be taken into account for calculating local content in any item. In this regard, DPIIT O M No. 502 1/1 02/2 0 19-BE-II-Part(i)(E-50310) dated 04.03.2021 refers
• 4.The Cloud-based Quantum Computing Service shall maintain a minimum monthly uptime availability of 99.5% , excluding scheduled maintenance period notified in advance by the service provider.
• 5.The service provider shall notified the customer of any scheduled maintenance activities at least 48 hrs in advance and shall make reasonable efforts to minimize the service disruption.
• 6.Support requests related to service unavailability shall receive an initial response within one business d ay. .
