OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.Bidder must upload an EFT mandate on the prescribed format.
• 2.Bidder must upload an integrity pact on prescribed format duly signed and sta mped.
• 3.Bidder must submit an UNDERTAKING on financial standing, court receivership and no bankruptcy.
• 4.Bidder must upload all documents related to technical credentials like, PAN, A adhar, copies of ITR & Balance sheet of last 3 years, Experience certificates of la st 2 year of successful supply of items in any Jail of uttar pradesh duly signed and stamped.
• 5.All documents uploaded should be duly signed and self-certified.
• 6.Sample of all items to be submitted before bid submission and get them appro ved beforehand, failing which the bid will not be considered.
• 7.Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory for all bidders.
• 8.The decision of Superintendent would be final for the goods to be allowed to b e delivered post Quality Check and proper Inspection.
• 9.Bid is liable to be rejected failing to abide by any of the conditions as mention ed in ATC. .
