OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.The Bidder should be OEM or Authorized Dealer/Distributor/System Integrator of the OEM of the offered product (Bidder to submit documentary proof)
• 2.The OEM / Bidder should have a clean track record, i.e. The OEM/ Bidder / its sister concern/ any group c ompany should not have been blacklisted by any Government or Government Undertaking companies in I ndia at any point in time. (Declaration in this regard to be submitted along with the bid) 3. Bidder should b e a single party, consortium will not be accepted. 4.Bidder must submit copy of GST registration. 5.Bidder must submit copy of PAN CARD. 6.Bidder must submit copy of last year Income Tax Return Acknowledgement. 7.Bidder must submit the last 3 Months updated GST Return Certificate. 8.Bidder must submit MSME/Udyog certificate if seeking any exemption turnover or experience. 9.All Paper Self Attested Attached In The Bid.
• 10.The Bidder should have ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment Management System) ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety Management System) certification.
• 11.Purchaser reserves the right to cancel/scrap the GEM e-bid without assigning any reason at any stage.
• 12.Bidder must submit Past Project Experience.
• 13.All technical bids will be deemed successful only after the technical evaluation committee's assessmen t and approval of the product.
• 14.Bidder should present Rs.100/- affidavit of non-blacklisting in India before the bid end date and should not be more than 90 days old.
• 15.If the uploaded document is not Readable then the seller will be Disqualified. 16.An Authorization Letter from OEM Must Be Submitted on the Letter Head Of OEM Addressing the Bid Nu mber And In Favour Of Tender Inviting Authority.
• 17.In addition to the electronic(uploaded) versions, all original documents must be physically submitted t o the Nagar Panchayat Shaurik, Kannauj Office on the bid submission date. All the documents must be dul y signed and stamped. Failure to submit both versions will result in automatic disqualification.
