OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• (a)Firm(s)/vendor(s) should be capable to manufacture & supply tendered item as specified in drawing, specification, accordingly vendors shall be required to get themselves registered for the item at SAF. Vend ors/firm(s) shall be required to submit their registration request if not registered for tendered store. The ca pacity of the firm shall be assessed for the vendor who has submitted their registration request at SAF for tendered store through VRRF.
• (b)Firm(s)/vendor(s) are to ensure that duly completed VRRF along with requisite assessment fee (as ap plicable) should be submitted on or before date of opening of tender either through email or physically. Fa iling to furnish as stated above, offer(s) is/are liable to be rejected without any further correspondence.
• (c)Interested bidder(s) can obtain the drawing documents after signing of ‘Annexure-B’ Non-Disclosure A greement (NDA) with Buyer before TOD. Firm(s)/vendor(s) who have not collect the drawings before TOD, their offer shall be liable to be ignored considering futile bidding. The firm is required to send request for providing drawing along with signed NDA (with mentioned valid e mail, mobile number and AADHAR number of person signing the NDA (Annexure-B) for drawing sharing/Pa ssword) at least three days before tender/bid opening (TOD) to process the request .SAF will take necessar y steps to share drawing for the request receive after stipulated time, any representation receive with resp ect to non-availability of drawing for request within last three days before bid opening date will not be ent ertained. .
