Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Buyer Added Bid Specific Terms and Conditions: 1.Experience: The firm must have past experience for Furnace Repairing/Relining / maintenance 30% of the estimated cost (i.e. Rs. 1,87,500.00 lakhs) within in last five(05) years from the date of Job completion date to bid opening date in Ordnance Fys/Other Govt. Organization/PSU/Govt.under taking/Private sector company. As credential work completion certificate/performance certificate a long with work order both to be furnished. If required capacity verification based on the data furnis hed by the firm in the technical bid may be undertaken if considered necessary by the competent authority at MSF. Firm will clearly mentioned proper address, contract No., contract person, mail Id where executed the work. If required MSF will verify the documents, if no response received within 7 days offer will not be accepted for further technical evaluation. It is mandatory for all bidders to submit the past experience certificate, there will be n o exemption/relaxation MSE and start ups
- 2.Buyer Added Terms and Condition i.e. ATC will supersede the clauses of GEM GTC and other rel evant clauses & T&C in the bid documents.
- 3.Working hours: Firm will work from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 pm (excluding Sunday & Holidays)Incas e of requirement, the time may be extended with perimission of competent authority. 4.EMD: 2%(Rs. 12,500.00) of the estimated cost however exemption is applicable in submission of Micro & Small Enterprises having Udyam Registration Certificate Number issued by department of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) or firms regd. with Ordnance Factories/the Central P urchase Organization /the concerned ministry / Department / startup as recognized by Dept. of In dustrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP) or Central PSUs. 5.Penalty: For delay in completion of the work beyond stipulated period L.D. shall be charged @ 0.5% S.
- O.value per week and part thereof subject to maximum 10% of the S.O. value.
- 6.The work completion period: One(01) year from the date of S.O. Placement.
- 7.Option Clause: work completion period will be one year from the date of placement of Supply Order. if requirement is exist it may be extend up to three(03) months i.e 25% of the Supply Order value with same rate and same terms and condition of the Supply Order.
- 8.Payment Terms: The Payment will be made quarterly basis against Job Completi on Certificate issued by user section. 9.Price will be Fixed, L-1 bidder will be determined by including Taxes. Firm will submit their price including all Taxes. 10.Availability of office of service provider: An office of the service provider must be located in West Bengal. The address proof for this purpose will be considered as per GST Registration Certi ficate only.
- 11.Anything not specifically mentioned in the “Scope of Work”, but required for completion of sai d works satisfactorily, firm has to provided and complete the job without any price implication.
- 12.All terms and condition will be applicable as per YIL SPM 2024 and amendment fro m time to time.
- 13.The personnel deputed shall be below 60 years old, good health and physically fit t o work in hot, dust noisy, and smoky environment.
- 14.The firm must be in positing to start the work at short notice(within 24 hours).
- 15.Firm should visit the work place to access the actural quantum of work befor tender.
- 16.Firm should deploy one supervisor.
- 17.Firm shall deploy skilled & experience manpower to execute the jobs.
- 18.Firm has to arrange all safety equipments and should follow safety norms to the service perso nel for the execution of AMC work. 19 The personnel deputed shall wear PPEs such as Helment, Safety shoes, gloves, Safety belts goggles for welding and grinding safety belt and hardness for working at height mask etc. Firm’s offer will be inclusive of all safety equipment.MSF will not provide any safety equi pment.
- 20.Firm will comply with the local statutory rules/labour safety etc. As per the prevalent rules and regulations, safety belts, safety shoes, helmet etc. To be provided by the firm & must used during working time.
- 21.Firm will provide Insurance certificate of all labourers and supervisor before apply f or entry permission of the work.
- 22.OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: The Bidder is advised to visit and examine to obtain for itself on its own responsibility all informati on that may be necessary for preparing the Bid. The costs of visiting the site shall be borne by the Bidder. The Bidder representative shall be allowed entry upon consignee premises for such visits. Only up on the express conditions that the Bidder will release and indemnity the Buyer and Consignee agai nst all liabilities arising out of such visit including death or injury, loss or damage to property, and any other loss, damage, costs, and expenses incurred as a result of such visit. The Bidder shall not be entitled to hold any claim against Buyer for noncompliance due to lack of a ny kind of pre-requisite information as it is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain all the nec essary information with regard to site, surrounding. - 23.Safety: Firm’s offer will be inclusive of all safety equipment.MSF will not provide any safety e quipment.
