EOT CRANE SPARES

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• a.Bidder shall be manufacturer of Brady & Morris make or thei r authorized dealer/Distributor/Supplier; their authorized dea ler/Distributor/Supplier shall submit a valid tender specific a uthorization certificate from the manufacturer, along with pa rt-1 of their offer, failing which their offer shall be rejected.
• b.In case both manufacturer and its authorized dealer/Distribu tor/Supplier participate in the tender, only manufacturer offe r shall be considered.
• c.Bidder should submit previous purchase order along with its invoice copy of the same purchase order for the supply of Br ady & Morris make crane spares/braker spares to company i n any one of the years during the current or the last 3 financi al years ending with 31.03.2026(2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2 025-2026), along with part-1 of their offer, failing which their offer shall be rejected.
• d.If both manufacturer and authorized dealer/Distributor/Supp lier participate in the tender only manufacturer offer shall be considered.
• e.Bidder should have an average financial turnover of RS 3.1 Lakhs during last three financial years. As a proof same bid der shall submit audited Profit & Loss statements / balance s heets of (2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-2026). As per ICAI n otification all the certificates and audit reports should consist s of UDIN generated by the CA, along with part-1 of their offe r failing which their offer shall be rejected. .
