OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.Bidder's notarized financial standing for non-liquidation, non-bankrupt, non-black listing, no court receiv ership or any such similar proceedings ongoing, no pointers from the EOW of Govt of India.
• 2.PAN+GST+NEFT/Bank Mandate is necessary.
• 3.GST returns for the last 2 quarters (6 months) must be submitted.
• 4.Copy of Trade License and Prof Tax to be uploaded.
• 5.Pre-Bid Inspection/ Sample Clause: Interested Bidders are requested to visit the office with 48 hours (02 days) and provide sample for inspection/ clarification of specifications/ installation feasibility. Proof of the s ame must be uploaded, else the bidder's offer is liable to be rejected.
• 6.ISO certification of the bidder/ OEM to be uploaded.
• 7.Complete technical specifications/ details of the offered services/ product(s) to be uploaded on the bidd er letterhead, duly signed.
• 8.OEM Service Esclation Matrix to be uploaded
• 9.In case of non-submission / failure to upload the required documents as per the Bid GTC & ATCs, the bid der's offer is liable to be rejected. .
