Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

  • 1.The bidders are required to quote total price for each item including GST in Ge M portal.
  • 2.The Bid Eligibility Criteria shall be as mentioned in the tender document/ITB. All bidders are required to furnish the necessary documents mentioned in this tender document/ITB.
  • 3.Bidders are required to go through the detailed description of each line item m entioned in the ITB, its UOM, SCC and SOW of the tender before quoting the prices in GeM portal.
  • 4.Bidder should note that only executed quantity for each item as per the conditi ons mentioned in this tender document/ITB shall be paid and no other charges sh all be paid during the entire contract period.
  • 5.The bidders are required to submit/upload the replies/documents in GEM portal only for the Queries (if any) raised in GEM portal during evaluation of bid. Docume nts received through Email or any other mode shall not be evaluated as reply to th ese queries raised in GeM portal.
  • 6.All terms and conditions shall be as per tender ITB and other attached docume nts. In case of any conflict in terms & conditions given in attached ITB / tender an d provisions/ conditions available at GeM portal (including Service Level Agreeme nt (SLA), General terms and conditions (GTC)), the terms & conditions contained i n ITB and tender document shall prevail.
  • 7.Bidders are requested to fill required formats provided in ITB of tender and uplo ad signed and stamped copy of the same in their offer. Documents in Original as mentioned at Sl. No. 4 of Section I (IFB) should reach us within 7 (seven) days fro m the bid due date provided the scanned copies of the same have been uploaded in GeM portal by the bidder along with bid within the due date.
