• 1.Bidders are required to quote “Total Hiring Charges for 36 months” inclusive of GST for Sl. No. 01 & 02 given in the ITB. Total price inclusive of GST is to be quoted for all the li ne items of the bid.
• 2.Only Single GST percentage (5% or 18% based on the organization status of the bidder as per GST provisions) for the entire line items (Sl. No. 1 to 8 given in the ITB) shall be allowed i n this contract.
• 3.The bid is created considering 5% GST for all line items including those having minimum a llowed bidding value (Sl. No. 3 to 8 given in the ITB). Bidder(s) opting for 18% GST should en sure that the quoted price/value is increased proportionately considering the opted 18% GS T for Sl. No. 3 to 8 given in the ITB.
• 4.If the bidder opts for 18% GST and after price bid opening if it is found that the quoted pri ce for line items with minimum allowed bidding value (Sl. No. 3 to 8 given in the ITB) are not quoted considering the opted 18% GST, then the quoted Vehicle Hiring Charges (Sl. No. 1 to 2 given in the ITB) shall be reduced proportionately to match the higher value/amount corre sponding to the GST percentage of 18% opted by the bidder for evaluation and ordering pur pose. Important Note: The total ordering value shall not exceed the total price quoted in GeM port al in any case.
• 5.The total price including GST quoted in GeM portal shall be considered for evaluation and ordering as per provisions detailed in Para 4 above.
• 6.Prices quoted above the minimum allowed bidding value (subject to provisions mentioned at Para 3 and 4 above) mentioned in GEM portal for Item Sl. No. 3 to 8 given in the ITB shall be summed up and added to Sl. No. 01 & 02 given in the ITB for evaluation and ordering. Thi s amount shall be considered as part of Sl. No. 1 & 2 given in the ITB and paid on prorata ba sis monthly as per the provisions defined in ITB for Sl. No. 1 & 2 given in the ITB.
• 7.The apportionment of value/amount for the reduction/increase in Hiring charges for Sl. No. 1 and 2 given in the ITB based on the scenarios detailed at Para 3, 4 and 6 shall be in the rat io 2:1.
• 8.The estimated rate for Sl. No. 3 to 8 given in the ITB includes sufficient margin towards ov erheads i.e. minimum infrastructure to be maintained by the bidder for execution of the con tract, running office expenses, coordination with Statutory Authorities, charges towards Ban k Guarantees (BG), interest on working capital, documentation charge and reasonable profit margin.
• 9.Contractor have to pay overtime charges and wage revision, if any. Provision will be mad e in contract (LOA) to reimburse the same. Bidder need not to consider these components while quoting. The reimbursement due to any upward revision of wages shall be limited only to the statutory wage components i.e. Wages, PF, ESI / EC, Bonus and Leave wages and the impac t of revision on wages shall not be allowed on overheads considered in the estimate. .
