OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Supply shall be completed within 4 WEEKS ie.,28 DAYS.
• 2.OEM (M/s. Tushaco Pumps – Allweiler) authorized agency M/s. Tap Engineering sho uld only participate.
• 3.Test Certificate shall accompany supply.
• 4.Warranty certificate for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance of items at site shall be submitted.
• 5.EMD for total amount of ₹ 51540/- shall be submitted before due date and time of opening of bid and the details of the same shall be furnished in format enclosed bel ow.
• 6.The contractor shall submit performance security bank guarantee for 5 percentage of total contract value valid for the contractual delivery schedule (1 month) along wi th defect liability period (12 months) with appropriate claim period (2 months) ie., t otally 15 months as per terms and conditions of gem (format enclosed in ATC) and the same shall be submitted within 15 days from the date of issue of contract.
• 7.Liquidated damages are applicable as per terms and conditions of GeM.
• 8.Bidder shall adhere all other terms and conditions as applicable as per GeM GTC a nd ATC. 9. "Bidders are requested strictly to submit all the required documents as s pelt out in the ATC of the bid. In case a bidder fails to submit the required documents, their offer will not be considered for further evaluation"
• 10.The materials shall be packed properly before despatch to avoid any transit damag es.
• 11.Offers being received from the same IP Address will not be considered for further e valuation.
