OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

• 1.BUYER UNIT LOCATION & CONSIGNEE ADDRESS: 9 CORPS ZONE WORKSHOP, DAMTAL, HIMACHAL PRADESH - 176403
• 2.Mandatory Pre-Dispatch Physical Sample Demonstration & Inspection Deadline: All participating bidders/vendors must present a physical sample monstration of all offered items at the co nsignee location, i.e., 9 Corps Zone Workshop, Damtal (Himachal Pradesh - 176403) on or before 23 Oct 2026.
• 3.Mandatory Sample Verification & Technical Acceptance Prior to Qualification: The technical acceptability and qualification of the bidder will strictly depend upon the physical verification , fitment compatibility, build quality, and operational satisfaction of the Technical Evaluation Board at 9 Co rps Zone Workshop, Damtal . Bids of vendors failing to present physical samples on or before 23 Oct 2026 or failing the physical quality test shall be summarily rejected during technical evaluation.
• 4.Supreme Material & Premium Build Quality Standards: All supplied equipment must be of top-tier quality, heavy-duty commercial grade, and superior build qualit y Cheap quality, substandard, flimsy, or refurbished items will be rejected immediately. The decision of the consignee's technical board regarding material quality and acceptability shall be final and binding.
• 5.Strict Compliance with Uploaded Technical Specifications: The offered products must strictly conform in all respects to the technical parameters and specifications u ploaded in the Bid document. Any deviation in performance parameters or build quality during physic al sample evaluation will lead to immediate disqualification.
• 6.Comprehensive On-Site Warranty & Local Technical Support: The vendor must provide a comprehensive 1-year on-site warranty . Any defective, non-functional,or quali ty-deficient item must be repaired or replaced at the unit location (9 Corps Zone Workshop, Damtal, HP) within 48 hours of reporting.
• 7.Supply & Final Inspection Location: All items must be delivered in original factory packaging and verified in fully working condition directly at 9 Corps Zone Workshop, Damtal, Himachal Pradesh - 176403. .
