OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Fixed Deposit Receipt made out or pledged in the name of A/C senior divisional finance manager central railway pune division . The bank should certify on it that the deposit can be withdrawn only on the demand or with the sanction of the pledgee. For release of EMD, the FDR will be released in the favour of the bidder by the Buyer after making endorsement on the back of the FDR duly signed and stamped along with covering letter. Bidder has to upload scanned copy/ proof of the FDR along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date/ Bid Opening date

• 2.After award of contract within 07 days bidder shall submit Truck details:- (a) RC Copy (b) PUC (C) Insura nce (d) Driver details ETC to User
• 3.Failing to above conditions compliance contract is liable to be terminated by Forfeiting the E-PBG.
• (5)5% E-PBG (issued by Nationalized/ Schedule Bank) in the form of FDR and BANK GU RANTEE ONLY is to be submitted within 15 days from the award of contract to this offic
• e.After 15 days penal interest of 15% per annum shall be charged for delay beyond 15 days up-to 90 days. After 90 Days from issue of contract if no EPBG submitted contract will be cancelled on seller account.
• 5.Non Submission of above documents required as evidence will lead to rejection of bid.
• 6.EMD EXEMPTED FOR MSEs registered with THIS BID CATEGORY SERVICES:-
• (i)District Industries Centres,
• (ii)Khadi and Village Industries Commission,
• (iii)Khadi and Village Industries Board,
• (iv)National Small Industries Corporation,
• (v)Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom , any other body specified by Ministry Of MSME or Startups as r ecognised by Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion shall be exempted from payment of EMD detaile d in the bid.
• 7.Truck should not be older than 07 years at the time of opening of Bid.
• 8.Total Duration of contract is 24 Months.
• 9.Truck required for round the clock duty (i.e.24 Hours) 10.Extra per km charges - Monthly package cost divided by no. of kms in monthly package multiplied by f actor 0.4 in case of 24x7 round the clock service as per GEM. 11 . Quantities operated in excess of 125% but up to 140% of the agreement quantity of the concerned ite m, shall be paid at 98% of the rate awarded for that item in that particular tender and Quantities operate d in excess of 140% but up to 150% of the agreement quantity of the concerned item shall be paid at 96% o f the rate awarded for that item in that particular tender.
• 12.Service GCC 2018 Applicable.
• 13.The buyer shall have the right to seek short closure or short termination of the contract without any pe nalty in the event that the awarded vehicle is no longer required by the Railway Administration. In such ca ses, the contract may be closed/terminated without levy of any penalty, forfeiture, or other financial implic ation on the bidder, subject to approval by the competent Railway authority.
