OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM {themselves or through reseller(s)} should have regularly, manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 3 years before the bid opening date. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year. In case of bunch bids, the primary product having highest value should meet this criterion.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1 Material & Dimensions: All Star Flex, vinyl/foam sheet and fabricated frames shall confor m strictly to the dimensions, thickness and material specifications mentioned against the r espective BOQ item. For frames, 18-gauge MS square/rectangular pipes shall be used as sp ecified.

• 2.Frame Fabrication: For 1” × 1”, 1.5” × 1.5” square pipe and 50 mm × 25 mm rectang ular pipe frames, cutting, welding and assembly shall be accurate, with proper squareness and alignment. Frames shall be rigid and free from bending, twisting, loose joints and exce ssive welding projections. 3 Anti-Corrosion Finish: All MS pipe frames shall be provided with a proper anti- corrosion/ primer and paint finish suitable for the intended application. Bare/unpainted or visibly ruste d surfaces shall not be accepted. 4 A sample of 1 feet by 1 feet of flex on sad frame, vinyl print and Brochure print meeting all the technical and qualitative parameters to be submitted to FE Wg post successful fillin g of the bid within 07 days for validation of the same for Technical Evaluation Commit tee. 5 Artwork Approval: For Star Flex, vinyl printing, CME Logo (Big Size), CME Monogram and brochures, the Seller shall submit the artwork/design proof to the Buyer for approval before final printing/fabrication. No alteration to the approved CME logo/monogram/design shall be made by the Seller. 6 Printing Quality: Printed Star Flex, vinyl and brochures shall have sharp text, clear grap hics and uniform colour reproduction, without visible pixelation, colour patches, ink smudgi ng or printing misalignment. Any material with incorrect text/design shall be replaced by the Seller.
• 7.Vinyl + Foam Sheet: For the 5 mm foam sheet with vinyl printing, the vinyl shall be unif ormly laminated/pasted over the foam surface, without air bubbles, wrinkles,peeling, folds or visible surface defects. Foam sheets shall be flat and free from cracks, dents and warpin

g.

• 8.Brochure Lamination: Brochures shall be supplied with uniform and firmly bonded lamin ation, without bubbles, wrinkles, peeling or cloudy patches. Page sequence, printed matter and approved artwork shall be checked before supply.
• 9.CME Logo & Monogram: The CME Logo and CME Monogram shall maintain the exact app roved proportion, lettering, shape, orientation and colour scheme. Any distortion, incorrect lettering or deviation from the approved design shall be rectified/replaced at the Seller’s co st.
• 10.Site Measurement & Installation: Wherever fabrication/pasting/fixing is required at site, the Seller shall take actual site measurements before fabrication and ensure proper alignm ent, level and secure fixing of the completed signage/frames. Rectification due to incorrect measurement by the Seller shall be at no additional cost. 11 Inspection & Rejection: The Buyer shall inspect the supplied/fabricated items for dime nsions, material, printing quality, workmanship, finish and conformity with the appr oved artwork. Items not conforming to the respective BOQ specification shall be rejected a nd shall be reprinted, refabricated or replaced by the Seller at no additional cost. .
