  • 1.Bidder must upload an EFT mandate on the prescribed format.
  • 2.Bidder must upload an integrity pact on prescribed format duly signed and stamped.
  • 3.Bidder must submit an UNDERTAKING on financial standing, court receivership and no bankruptcy.
  • 4.Bidder must upload an undertaking regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of country whic h shares a land border with India.
  • 5.Bidder must upload all documents related to technical credentials like, GST, PAN, Adhar, copies of ITR & Balance sheet of last 3 years, Experience certificates of last 1 year of successful execution of similar work i n Jail duly signed and stamped.
  • 6.All documents uploaded should be duly signed and self-certified.
  • 7.Sample of all items to be submitted before bid submission and get them approved beforehand, failing w hich the bid will not be considered.
  • 8.Pre-Bid meeting is mandatory for all bidders.
  • 9.Bid is liable to be rejected failing to abide by any of the conditions as mentioned in ATC .
