Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

  • 1.Bidder must read carefully the 'Buyer uploaded ATC document' (which consists of the BCPL Ten der Document with Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC), Bid Evaluation Methodology, Instructions to bidders with applicable form & formats, GCC, SCC, SOW, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) etc.) along wi th other terms & conditions of bid document before quoting. For detailed Scope of Work, plea se refer to SCC and Scope of Work of the Tender Document Strictly.
  • 2.In case of any conflict between "BCPL Tender Document attached in 'Buyer uploaded ATC document' of the GeM Bid Document" and GeM GTC/GeM Bid Document, tender conditions as per the "BCPL Tender Doc ument" shall prevail.
  • 3.This is a No deviation tender. RFQ has been uploaded in buyer ATC (agreed terms & conditions) of this b id document. Bidder need to duly seal and sign RFQ (Buyer uploaded ATC document) AND duly comply all terms & conditions without any deviation and upload compliance documents (Bid Evaluation Criteria (BEC Technical & Financial Criteria, Forms & Formats, etc) in the GEM portal.
  • 4.Bidder has to quote for TOTAL AMOUNT (including GST) for TOTAL QUANTITY against each of the respect ive SOR items from SOR Sl. No. 1 to 3 in GeM portal only. For details please refer BOQ Section of the tende r document attached below. .
