• 1.Calibration certificate along with traceability is required for the equipment to be calibrated.
• 2.Lab should be NABL Accredited.
• 3.Detailed description of the parameters to be calibrated is available in the attach ed ATC document.
• 4.Pick & drop facility of the equipment to be calibrated is to be provided at CPRI, RTL-Noida.
• 5.Transportation cost of the equipment shall be borne by the firm, and should be i ncluded in the price offered by the service provider.
• 6.Safe transportation of test equipment/ instruments to be ensured by calibration service provider if equipment is to be transported by service provider to & fro fr om CPRI Noida. Other Terms & Conditions: NABL Accredited Calibration certificate in the name of the bidder will only be ac cepted and no sub- contracting is accepted for calibration services. Payment Terms & Conditions: 100% payment within 30 days through RTGS after Successful completion of work in conformity with all the specifications detailed in the order with the satisfaction of CPRI and after receipt of all the relevant docume nts subject to inspection and certification by the indentor/end-user. You are requested to submit the following details for payment through ECS Mode along with your bill / invoi ce:
