OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Actual delivery (and Installation & Commissioning (if covered in scope of supply)) is to be done at following address ITI MANDVI NEAR CHC MANDVI TA-MANDVI DI-SURAT PIN-394160 .

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of PRINCIPAL INDUSTRIAL TR AINING INSTITUTE MANDVI payable at SBI MANDVI . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD al ong with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Openi ng date.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsi bility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is low er), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

· The price in the bid shall be inclusive of all taxes/charges and up to the deliver y of the goods to the store of this organization. · · All certificates and documents as requested in the bid must be uploaded. · The price offered in the bid has to be filled as per unit as requested. · The party shall Bid the prices of all items to the specifications as requested. Als o, good quality items will have to be supplied according to the market price. Aft er offering the minimum price, the party has to prov ide good quality items. If the party supplies substandard goods at minimum price or the goods are not sup p lied at all, an incident will be created against the party on GeM portal. · All items should be of good quality of standard make with ISI mark. Inferior quality goods will be rejected. The goods should be given in the company's sealed packing. · The seller must bid only the net price after deducting all returns. · The prices in the bid shall be considered valid for 180 days. · Payment will be processed only after inspection of the goods by the organization. If the goods are rejecte d for any reason, the concerned party will have to take it back and exchange/take it back at their own cost and risk. The additional expenses incurred in this regard will not be reimbursed or reimbursed by the orga nization in any way. · Payment of bills will be made as per the policy rules/statutes of Department. A lso, in case of delay in bill payment due to any reason, the party will not be paid any additional amount / interest by the organization. · After supplying the goods, payment will be made only after receiving the certifi cate of the S.E./Employee that the goods have been received satisfactorily as p er the specification for each GOODS/Tools/Machinery/ Equipment. · If a sample of any item mentioned in the bid is ordered, it must be submitted. · The entire quantity as per the order shall be delivered to the store of the organ ization at once. A penalty of 0.5% per article/maximum of 5% of the article will b e deducted for every week of delivery received afte r the deadline. · The right and final decision to cancel accept or reissue the bid or any part of t he bid without assigning an y reason shall be reserved to the Internal Purchase Committee of the organization. · If any original record or document is called for verification by the organization, the party must submit it wi thin the time limit. · Jurisdiction regarding bid shall be Mandvi Taluka. · A Start-up recognized by DPIIT under the Start-up India Programme, possessing a valid Udyam Registratio n Certificate and registered with CSPO or National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) as a n MSE, shall be eligible for exemption from the prescribed Turnover and Prior Experience Criteria, subject to applicable Go vernment rules and procurement guidelines. (Condition: The bidder must demonstrate that its total annual production capacity is at least twice (2 times ) the total bid quantity of the item(s) being offered.) · Micro and Small scale enterprise which participant in bidding Process for the Service which they are Provi ding and have UDHYAM Registration CERTIFICATE as well as registration with CSPO or National Small Indus tries Corporation exempted from EMD. · Startups which participant in bidding Process for the Service which they are Providing andrecognized by DPIIT under the Start-up India Program and Having UDHYAM Registration CERTIFICATE as w ell as registrati on with CSPO or National Small Industries Corporation as MSE are Exempted from E MD. · Seller who have got their credentials verified through the process of vender Assessments by vend or Asse ssments agencies through Gem for primary product/ primary Service for which bid Floated on GeM are exe mpted from EMD. · OEM AND Service providers rendering services directly or by its own and having annual Turn Over of INR 500 Crore or More are exempted from EMD. · In Keeping with GeM guideline, Seller. Service Provider Holding BIS license for the primary Pro duct Categ ory whose credentials are validated through BIS database.

• B.Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): · For Enterprises other than those mentioned above, taking part in tendering process, E.M.D shall be as foll o ws: a)As per rate of 3% of the Total Estimated cost of the Tender (this will also be applicable fo r procurement t hrough GeM). .
