OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

• 1.This establishment is inviting bid for certain items mentioned above on GeM portal. Following points to be born in mind by the prospective bidders at time of participation/submission of bids. For maintaining requisite quality specification, an advance sealed sample of ite ms under procurement in the bid must physically reach our location as given in bid document before the scheduled day/time of opening of technical evaluation. Sample of material must be handed the representative of HQ 23 RR RAJPUT NAC HALANA Jammu &Kashmir Main gate in a sealed package duly endorsed bid No & date and name of the firm. The details of sealed sample must be forwarded by the prospective bidder on Fi rm's letter pad duly signed by the proprietor. The sample will be evaluated inclu ding the functional test by suitable/qualified reps of procuring authority at the b uyer location. It is clarified that the sealed samples of items under procurement shall only be opened in case of technically compliant bids as approved by the buyer. Firms/bi dder not found technically compliant, their sealed samples will not be opened. The onus/responsibility for delivery of sealed sample as well as collection of sa me against not qualified/ rejected bids will solely be of respective bidder/firm. In no case any responsibility in this regard rests with of HQ 23 RR RAJPUT NACHAL ANA. The bidder ensure collection of samples against qualified / rejected bids wi thin 10 of rejection of respective bids as per date and time uploaded on GeM Po rtal.
