OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

  • 2.IF ANY DISCREPANCY IS PRESENT BETWEEN BUYER UPLOADED ATC AND GEM ATC THEN BUYER UPLOAD ED ATC WILL PREVAIL.
  • 3.AFTER AWARD OF CONTRACT IN CASE OF ANY VARIANCE IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BETWEEN GE M CONTRACT AND SAP PO/LOA, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAP PO/LOA SHALL PREVAIL.
  • 4.BIDDERS SHOULD SUBMIT GCC, SCC, SOW AND ALL FORMS OF TENDER DOCUMENT FILLED, SIGN AND S TAMP ON ALL PAGES.
  • 5.MSE BIDDERS PARTICIPATING IN THE TENDER SHOULD SUMIT THERE UDHYAM REGISTRATION CERTIFIC ATE DULY CERTIFIED BY CA AND NOTARY PUBLIC WITH LEGAL STAMP.
  • 6.Bidder has to quote the total rate inclusive of GST on GeM Portal.
  • 7.Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:
  • a.Copy of PAN Card.
  • b.Copy of GSTIN.
  • c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
  • d.Copy of Bank Mandate duly certified by Bank.
  • 8.Certificates: Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
  • 9.BIDDER HAS TO UPLOAD COMPLETE TENDER DOCUMENT DULY SINGED & STAMP ALONGWITH FILLED AL L FORMS AND FORMATS AS SPECIFIED IN ATTACHED GAIL TENDER DOCUMENT.
  • 10.USE THE PRICE BREAK-UP EXCEL SHEET IN THE GEM BID DOCUMENT TO CALCULATE TOTAL AMOUNT I NCLUDING GST AND QUOTE ACCORDINGLY ON GEM PORTAL.
  • 11.Bidder must quote lumpsum amount on GEM PORTAL for the entire quantity as per the SOR including G ST.
  • 12.Consignee Details shall be as per Buyer Uploaded ATC. .
