If any seller submits the offer price during last 15 minutes of RA end time, then RA will be automatically extended for next 15 minutes from the last participation time. There is no limit on such RA extension cycle.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses A mandatory pre-bid meeting shall be held in the office of the CPO on 12th August 2026. Failure to attend the meeting shall result in disqualification of the bidder. The bidder must upload a valid certificate of completion of a Basic Food Hygiene Course along with the bid documents. Failure to submit the same shall render the bid liable for rejection. The bidder must presently be executing a minimum of three (03) contracts of a similar nature pertaining to catering services. Documentary evidence in support of the same must be attached with the bid. .
