Buyer Added text based ATC clauses
- 1.The inside diameter (ID) and outside diameter (OD) of the gasket shall strictly conform to the specified dimensions. Any deviation or mismatch observed during inspection at site shall liable f or rejection.
- 2.The supplied item(s) shall be guaranteed against any manufacturing defects, material defects, or poor workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of supply, whichever is earlier.
- 3.The material shall be suitably packed to prevent damage, deformation, moisture ingress, or co ntamination during handling, storage, and transportation.
- 4.Payment shall be made in 30 days after receipt and acceptance of materials at site. INTERNAL RECORD NUMBER: MECH-12012/33/2026/66CPP-887/E19644 (M. HOQUE) .
