Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 1 Buyer’s technical specification should be duly stamped, ink signed and uploaded by bidders. Not adherin g will result in rejection. 2 All necessary documents and certificates as mentioned in bid to be provided by the bidders. 3 Items may be rejected after delivery if items do not meet the specified criteria as mentioned in buyer’s t echnical specifications (as attached in buyer added bid specific ATC). 4 Bidder shall not be blacklisted for fraudulent practices with any government department/ agencies/ mini stries or PSU’s as on submission of the bid. A declaration signatory of the bidder must be enclosed. 5 Declaration from OEM that quoted product is not end of life and has residual value of minimum 5 years. 6 Technical specification of the offered product should be available in public domain (OEM website) with m odel name / number. Any mismatch in data sheet and technical compliance will lead to rejection. Also, dec laration from OEM authorized signatory to be submitted. Information will not be change/ tempered post bid submission / till warranty of the offered product. 7 OEM/ bidder should have minimum 01 authorized services centers to the state of consignee to cater afte r-sales services, documentary proof must be submitted. 8 Declaration from OEM that non refurbished material will be used in the supplied projector. 9 Declaration of land border sharing certificates is to be submitted on letter head. 10 Wall mounting kit/stand with necessary wiring/cabling along with installation is required. 11 Malicious code certificate from the OEM to be provided. 12 WiFi/ Bluetooth facility if any available, physically needs to be disabled. 13 HDMI, VGA and DP cables must be provided along with necessary accessories. 14 EMD or EMD exemption certificate must be submitted by the bidders, issued from competent authority. 15 A provision for physically disconnecting Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Webcam, Microphone and GPS modules at the hardware level must be available. 16 In case provision for physically disconnecting the wireless modules is not feasible, in place kernel-level access (root access), such as USB debugging or develop options, is required for accessing OS kernel files and disabling Wi-Fi Bluetooth, Webcam and microphone at the kernel level. 17 Unique access code to the hidden service menu/ hospitality menu should be provided. 18 Mode of disabling unwanted services like GPS, Microphone. 19 Mode disabling unused ports (USB, C-type, card reader). 20 Developer Option ON-OFF facility should be available. .
