Buyer Added text based ATC clauses ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT FOR OUTSOURCING OF SE RVICES FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THREE YARDCRAFT FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR

1.Minimum Qualification Requirements. The firm which fulfills the following criteria shall be considered e ligible to qualify the Technical Bid:- 1.1 Financial Capacity. The firm should submit annual turnover of last three financial years ending 3 1 Mar 25. The minimum average turnover of firm should be atleast Rs. 38,47,020.00 over the last three financial years, ending 31 Mar 25. Proof is to submitted along with the Technical Bid (CA audited bala nce sheet and IT return). 1.2 Technical Capacity. The firm should have executed contracts/ supply in the field of outsourcin g service of marine crew as mentioned in scope of work (SoW) in Defence Organisation/ PSUs/ Indust ries during last 07 years as per table below. work order and work completion certificate against these co ntracts are to be submitted along with the Technical Bid.
