Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.

While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST.

• 1.The Seller shall not assign the Contract in whole or part without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 2.The Seller shall not sub-contract the Contract in whole or part to any entity without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 3.The Seller shall, notwithstanding the consent and assignment/sub-contract, remain jointly and severally liable and responsible to buyer together with the assignee/ sub-contractor, for and in respect of the due performance of the Contract and the Sellers obligations there under.

Nominated Inspection Agency: On behalf of the Buyer organization, any one of the following Inspection Agency would be conducting inspection of stores before acceptance: Pre-dispatch Inspection at Seller Premises (applicable only if pre-dispatch inspection clause has been selected in ATC): WAIVED Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site before acceptance of stores: AT BSL STORES AND AS PER INSPECTION PLAN

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

• 1.Items to be delivered within 120 days from the date of Purchase Order.
• 2.Vendor should deliver the item in good packing and the packing shall be good enough to prevent dama ge and pilferage of the material during transit. Clear and visible identification mark (IM) of the supplier/Man ufacture has to be given on the material failing which material will be rejected. The details of the “IM” and its location on the material has to be clearly mentioned in the invoice /challan/ Packing List.
• 3.GUARANTEE/ WARRANTY : The supplier must replace, free of charge, any stores & spares which owing t o defect in design, material or workmanship fail or show signs of failure at any time within 12 months from date of putting them in use /operation or 18 months from date of delivery, whichever is earlier.
• 4.In case of dealer or authorized distributors, GeM Bid specific OEM Authorization certificate to be submitte d along with the offer, without which offer shall not be evaluated.

• 4.Following documents are to be mandatorily submitted while submitting the offer:
• i.Percentage of Local content and place of value addition duly . ii. Duly signed Undertaking The Offer against this tender from suppliers to whom LTE has been issued shall only be considered. Hence vendors proposed /recommended under material group SM112000 with LTE shall be informed through thei r BSL registered email. Offer from any other vendor shall be treated as unsolicited. However In case of dea ler or authorized distributors, GeM Bid specific OEM Authorization certificate to be submitted, without whic h offer shall not be evaluated If mail is sent to any vendor inadvertently (and who is blocked/suspended/n ot recommended in the group ) ,submits offer after receiving mail . Offer of such vendor(s) shall not be evaluated and shall be treated as unsolicited “The bids submitted by the Sellers to whom LTE has been issued, shall only be considered for evaluation; bids from any other Seller shall be treated as unsolicited in the instant procureme nt case. However, the firm(s) interested to be registered as a Seller to SAIL, should fill up the vendor registration form, hosted on the SAIL Tender website and complete the due process of registration with SAIL Plants/ Units.” .
