Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Goods and Training of operators and providing Statutory Clearances required (if any)

IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research payable at Chandigarh . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

• 5.The required material to be deliver at Engg. Store, Advanced Eye Centre, PGIMER, Chandigarh without a ny extra cost/component.
• 6.The Bid value is inclusive of GST, all Taxes/duties/cess etc.
• 7.Warranty shall be of one year with manufacturer's warranty Card of each product to be issued by local o ffice of the OEM's concerned location at the time of delivery, failure to provide the same, the material shou ld be rejected at the time of inspection. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
