Experience in similar nature of work The tenderer must have successfully completed orsubstantially completed any of the following during last 07 (seven) years, ending last dayof month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costingnot less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. As detailed in Para 10.1 of Tender Form ( Second sheet) of Part 1 of attached GCC-2022. DEFINATION OF SIMILAR NATURE OF WORK FOR THIS TENDER: Any electrical work related to HT/LT installation.

1. The offer will be evaluated based on certificates enclosed with the original offer only. The Railways will not enter into any correspondence to get these certificates subsequently and the offer shall be evaluated based on the documents submitted along with the offer.
2. Please note that the completion certificate issued by an executive must indicate the following necessary information : Description of work, organization for whom executed, value of contract at the time of award and date of scheduled completion of work, final value of contract( i.e. actual completion cost), actual date of physical completion of work.

The quantities shown above are approximate and to give a General guideline Railway reserves the right to increase or decrease or to delete any of the items

All rates quoted in the tender shall be deemed to be inclusive of all Taxes royalties payable by the contractor s to the Government or public body or local authority and no additional amount will be paid or claim entertained on this account by the Railway

It is responsibility of the tenderer that they ensure to see any corrigendum of the tender to check the corrigendum on the website from time to time

It is the responsibility of the Contractor to arrange the Payment of the labour employed for the work through Bank as per Minimum Wages Act

The Railway reserves the right to verify all statements, information and documents submitted by the bidder in his tender offer, and the bidder shall, when so required by the Railway, make available all such information, evidence and documents as may be necessary for such verification. Any such verification or lack of such verification, by the Railway shall not relieve the bidder of its obligations or liabilities hereunder nor will it affect any rights of the Railway thereunder.

The execution of work shall be jointly planned to suit the priority of work and same will be generally followed. However, due to change in priorities, in the execution of particular phase of work, the same will have to be done and followed for proper execution in phase with Engineering works.
