Special Eligibility Criteria

The Tenderer or its OEM itself should have supplied same or similar category products of same make as per offered make for at least once during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and previous three financial years) to any Govt Organization as on date of opening of tender as per following criteria- 1. Single order of at least 20% of estimated tender value. Tender value is Rs.1355664/-. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year. In case tenderer participates as an authorized agent, then past performance shall be that of Principal/OEM authorizing the agent. It may also happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal/OEM but this will not be considered as performance for placing order in case of change of Principal.
