If it is found at any time before finalization of tender, that any tenderer/s has/have furnished misleading/wrong or fraudulent information/documents, his/their tender shall not be considered and the EMD of the tenderer/s will be forfeited. If it is found at any time after finalization of tender, that any tenderer/s has/have furnished misleading/wrong or fraudulent information/documents, such case will attract criminal proceedings and work will be terminated and balance work carried out independently and Security deposit shall be forfeited and the Performance Guarantee shall be encashed.

    1. As per clause no 5 (ii) of GCC 2022, any firm recognized by Department of Industrial Promotion (DIPP) as Startup shall be exempted from payment of Bid Security.
    2. As per clause no 5 (iii) of GCC 2022, Labour Co- Operative Societies shall submit only 50% of above Bid Security detailed above
