All additional input tax credit as available to them has been passed on to the purchaser and any additional ITC if becomes available to supplier in future, the same shall be passed on to the purchaser without any undue delay.

Quotation validity 90 days.
The manufacturer should indicate the manufacturers name, month ,year of manufacturing by casting/stitching/embossing at the appropriate place of each piece supplied without effecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components/materials.

Supplier must furnish NABL accredited Test Report conforming to the annexed standards, at the time of supply. 1kg of testing sample (additional powder) shall be supplied extra by the supplier, free of cost, for testing purpose.
The quantity of materials required for initial bath preparations & quantity of materials required for daily cleaning schedule must be intimated to the Consignee & relevant documents to be submitted by the supplier at the time of supply of the materials.
The materials must be supplied in Standard Packing Size of the manufacturer and also be convenient for our use to suit our purpose. The Standard Packing Size to be supplied must be mentioned at the time of quoting of the offer. The name of the materials, name of the Manufacturer, Quantity contained in each packet. Manufacturing Date, Expiry Date etc. must be mentioned on each & every packet to be supplied
Material Test certificated MTC from goverment approved laboratory or OEM test certificate must be submitted at the time of supply,
The demanded item is Shelf-Life material.The Material to be supplied must have a residual shelf life to at last 24( twenty four ) months at the time of supply.
