Supply, Printing and Binding of 1220 Nos. signal location book

Item to be procured from original manufacturers or their authorized dealers or who have supplied same/similar item to the tendered item to Indian Railways will be onsidered for an order against this tender. Tenderers should attach the copy of roper documents in support of any one of above, along with the offer, failure to which, their bid is liable to rejected. Authorized dealers should submit authorization letter along with their bid ,failure to which, their bid is liable to be rejected.

100% payment against receipt, inspection and acceptance of material by the consignee at destination.

Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

IRS Conditions of Contract The contract shall be governed by latest version (along with all correction slips) of IRS conditions of contract, and all other terms and conditions incorporated in the tender documents.

INSPECTION BY CONSIGNEE

Attached sample is only for guidance of bidders, However updated soft copy of the booklet be collected from the Cosignee i.e.SSE/Loco/FZR office prior to printing.

The sample booklet must be approved by the CA i.e.Sr,DEE/OP/FZR before proceeding with bulk supply

Each booklet shall consist of two cover pages, which shall be printed on 300 GSM glossy paper. The inner pages shall be printed on 100 GSM glossy paper with multicolor printing. Unit rates are mention per booklet.

The rates quoted shall be inclusive of binding, stitching, transportation, and all other incidental charges involved in the complete supply of the booklets.

Purchaser reserves the right to reject the offer of those tenderers who fail to accept the delivery schedule given in this tender and give preference to those tenderers who offer shorter delivery period.
