Guaranty/Warranty Certificate must be submitted to consignee at the time of supply as per latest IRS terms and conditions.
All the bidders or Tenderer should ensure that they are GST compliant and their quoted tax structure /rates is as per GST law with GST registration number.
Manufacturers /Supplier trade mark along with name, year and month of Manufacture to be embossed/casting / Punched / marked on the product/ fixing of name plate / packet/ container without hampering functional utility.
Drawing/specification of tendered item is attached / mentioned with NIT. Any Technical clarification regarding Drawing/specification can be obtained from the office of the Sr. DME(Co)/SDAH.
The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity of the tendered item from manufacturer or their authorized dealers. Clause No. 16.4 of general tender condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable.
Firm must upload past experience (R/Note,CRN and PO copy) for supplying this item/similar item to any shed/depot of Indian railways.
Firm must quote make/brand along with model no. Firm should follow and comply with the specifications attached with this tender. Otherwise their offer will be rejected. Firms should quote the specific make/brand in single offer, multiple make/brand will not be accepted.
OEM to quote. Authorized agent of OEM to quote along with tender specific authorization. Firm must upload valid tender specific authorization certificate from OEM along with their offers. Otherwise offer will be ignored.

Statutory Variation in taxes and duties, or fresh imposition of taxes and duties by State/ Central Governments in respect of the items stipulated in the contract (and not the raw materials thereof), within the original delivery period stipulated in the contract, or last unconditionally extended delivery period shall be to Railways' account. Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.

As time is the essence of contract, the tenderer are to note the Railway s required delivery schedule given in the tender schedule and quote accordingly. Vague delivery period or a very high delivery period compared to Railways specific delivery period in the tender schedule may be considered commercially unresponsive and is liable to be ignored.
If you are not a MSE or a consortia of MSEs formed by NSIC, please indicate percentage of sub contracts in execution of this tender that will be from micro and small enterprise (in percent of order value) with further breakup of MSE owned by SC/ST. (information will be provided in % terms with 6 fields, Micro owned by SC , Micro owned by ST, Micro owned by others, small industry owned by SC, small industry owned by ST, small industry owned by others).
Inspection by Consignee at Consignee end.i.e. SSE/C&W/IC/NH.
If the firm quotes any deviation in any uploaded documents, the purchaser may, at this discretion, ignore any such deviation while issuing the contract.

Test Certificate from NABL Accredited /Govt. Registered Lab for conformity of material content to be submitted at the time of supply.
