OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

• (a)Bidders are requested to upload Bid Specific OEM Authorization Certificates. (b) All OEM Certificates shall have v alid office address, phone number and email ID's. The buyer can verify genuineness of OEM authorization (if require
• d)uploaded by bidder. (c) Bid Number shall be mentioned in all OEM authorization certificates. (d) The decision of th e Accepting Officer/Buyer shall be final and binding in case of any dispute. No applicant/supplier shall be entitled for any compensation what so ever for rejection of his application by the Accepting Officer on eligibility criterion. (e) An y clarification may be obtain by the bidder before closing date of bid. (f) Insurance risk, if any, should be covered in quoted rates. (g) Bidder will be responsible for lifting of defective / rejected items during inspection supplied by him from consignee site at his own arrangement / cost within ten days after issue of notice of rejection or after generatio n of CRAC by the consignee. (h) Bidders are requested to upload certificate regarding non blacklisting from any Cen tral / State Govt Organization / PSU / Public Listed Company duly signed by the bidder with office seal. If found black listing/un-enlisted during any stage of occurrence of the said job, the contract order will be cancelled without any p ayment/notice. (j) The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years shall be one lakh as per bid conditions to be uploaded by the bidder. (k) The bid will be rejected if any of the documents/cert ificates as requested in GeM bid not uploaded by the bidder. (l) Exemption (if any) of EMD/ePBG to the bidder will as per the policy/guidelines. Release of EMD/ePBG shall be as per criteria and policy/guidelines. (m) Bidders are reques ted to upload certificate regarding local office branch address alongwith contact number duly signed by the bidder with office seal. .
