OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 01.The Bidder must have an authorized local area service centre details of the service centre like: Address , Name and Contact details to be uploaded. 2) The bidder must upload an affidavit on Rs. 100 notarized stamp paper that he is not blacklisted in any s tate/central government department or PSU. 3) The Bidder must have following certificates (to be uploaded along with the bid) pan, aadhar, GSt, last 3 year ITR, ISO 9001,OEM Authorization letter, 1yr Experience letter 4) The Bidder must have in house NABL accredited lab certificate to be uploaded. 5) The bidder must upload copy following documents along with the bid: List of manufacturing equipment’ s and list of testing equipment’s in the factory of the OEM, Factory license ,warranty certificate & Third Par ty Inspection report of the Solar Pannel ,. 06.The Bidder must Upload scan copy of EMD fdr/dd of amount Rs 6650 in favour of Executive Officer Raja Ka Rampur ,Deposited and the original of the same must be submitted at office before the end date of the Bid,with out EMD The Bid will not consider.

• 07.Failing to meet any of the above-mentioned conditions the bidder shall be liable to be technically disqu alified .
