OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 2.Provisions for workmen compensation, insurance, public liability, property damage, insurance etc. to be ensured by the contractor. Also, safety measures prescribed for working in Extra High Voltage & use of personnel protective equipment must be adhered to.

• a.Self-attested details of the authorized person(s) of the firm/agency with name, designation, Office/Resid ential address and office Telephone numbers, etc. b.The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings should not be bank rupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect in favour of I&FC on Rs. 100/- National Judiciary Stamp pa per (Purchased after publication of bid). ➢ Copy of Performance Certificate for satisfactory completion of work issued by officer (On Department let ter head).
• c.The system should carry a minimum warranty of 2 years on the OEM letterhead.
• c.Warranty Certificate issued by the OEM must be in the name of " I&FC" as the primary beneficiary along with the name of the contractor who has been awarded the work. Warranty Certificate issued in the name of any other party will not be accepted.
• d.The bidders are advised to ensure that all the documents uploaded in support of their eligibility are legi ble. Not being so; may eventually lead to rejection of the Bid. No other way of correspondences in this mat ter shall be entertained.
• e.The I&FC reserves the right to reject the Bid in the event that the Bid is accepted but the successful bidd er fails to execute the contract agreement.
• f.Bidder should commit to complying with all relevant documents, datasheets, OEM Authorization and com pliance sheet under ATC. g.If bidder is registered under MSME and Start-up, bidder should provide MSME, and startup certificate issu ed by Government of India.
• h.In case the bidder is an authorized distributor/ dealer then all the required documents of OEM would be applicable for technical qualification.

• 6.If the uploaded document is Not Readable and upload unnecessary documents than the Seller will be Di squalified,
• 7.An affidavit that if the bidder, to the effect that all records or documents are uploaded by me with the te nder, all the records or documents are true and correct, If any deficiency is found in the said record or doc ument, then it will be the responsibility of the agency. Whatever legal proceeding go will be taken against the agency in relation on to the above, it will be accept, on E stamp paper of Rs. 100/. 8.
