OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 2.Past Project Experience Proof for Past Experience and Project Experience clause: For fulfilling the experience criteria any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof for meeting the experience criteria:a. Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that service/supplies against the invoices have been executed.b. Execution certificate by client with contract value.c. Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.The Compliance matrix to the Schedule of Works (SOW) / Technical specifications needs to be filled, sig ned and uploaded as a separate document.
• 2.All pages in the SOW/ Tech Specs have to be stamped, signed and uploaded as having accepted and m eeting the standards.
• 3.No financial bid is to be part of the Tech Bid.
• 4.EMD/ PBG exemptions, if needed are to be claimed along with necessary certificates/ by quoting necess ary exemption clauses with proof.
• 5.PBG validity should be Delivery period + Warranty period + Two months. Original PBG to be submitted within 15 days from the receipt of supply order.

• 7.Submission copy of following documents is to be ensured. - (a) GST Registration (b) PAN details (c) Fina ncial Turnover and (d)Experience Certificate/ Necessary certification of quality/ Supply Orders from Govt. D epartments/ renowned firms/ PSUs.
• 8.The L1 vendor will be decided based on overall cost only. However, before signing the contract, vendor s are expected to give detailed breakdown for each of the supply and service to facilitate deductions again st any supplies/ services which are not completed. This is negotiable within the quoted amount.
• 9.In case of non-availability of the detailed breakdown, the Buyer’s decision will be considered as final and will be binding on the ‘Seller’.
• 10.Payment terms as per attached document.
• 11.Extension of Delivery Period (DP) is not generally granted. In case of extreme e situation, the extensio n may be sought as per DPM 2025.

• 13.If there is any mismatch found in GeM Catalogue specifications and Technic al specifications attached i n Bid Specific ATC by the buyer then Technical specifications attached by the buyer will be accepted as fin al.
• 14.Warranty- As applicable.
• 15.EMD-Forms: (If applicable) To be filled and submitted in the name of “ Air Force Public Fund Accoun t SDI, AF”.
• 16.PBG: (If applicable): To be filled and submitted in the name of “ Air Force Public Fund Account SDI, AF”.
• 21.Vendor to provide OEM Certification wherever applicable. .
