Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses a)Payments Terms: 100% payment will be initiated within 10 days of issue of consignee receipt-cum-acceptance c ertificate (CRAC)/ completion and acceptance of item/Job.

• b)Liquidated Damages: In case the seller fails to deliver the goods/Services within the Specified or revised del ivery period as stated in the contract, the buyer reserves the right to impose Liquidat ed Damages for the delay. Unless the delay is due to force Majeure condition as define d in the contract, damages shall be charged at the rate of 0.5% per week or part there of the delay period, subject to a maximum of 10% of the total contract value. These ch arges shall be applicable without any dispute or objection.
• C)If item old stock and low quality then product will be rejected without any payment f or it . In case of rejection firm has to collect the item with it's own cost with proper doc umentation.
• d)If any defect occurred within warranty; Firm must fix the problem without cost . If Fi rm disagree action will be taken as per Govt Norms (Rules and instruction)
• e)The bidder must fulfil the term and conditions specify in uploaded ATC
• f)Item will be accepted only after accepted by the user and board. g)The bidder is required to upload the complete data sheet of the offered item along with the bid t echnical documents.
• h)Offered item should comply with the attached specification .

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.
