Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of PAY AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER, RRCAT payable at INDORE . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of PAY AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER, RRCAT payable at INDORE . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

• B)Note - Performance Security Bank Guarantee:- Supplier has to e nsure delivery of hard copy of the original BG/DD to the Buyer wi thin 15 days of award of contract with a validity period as menti oned in Bid.
• C)Note - If any bidder opts for submission of demand draft in place of Bank Guarantee then it should be in favour of Pay & Acc ounts Officer, RRCAT" payable at Indore. Demand Draft shall be s ent to "Assistant Purchase Officer, Indore Regional Purchase Uni t, RRCAT, Indore- 452013 (M.P.) in a sealed envelope superscribi ng boldly Contract Number, so as to reach before the stipulated t ime.
• D)EMD NOTE: EMD/Bid Security NOTE:- In addition to EMD/Bid Security exemption applicable as per GeM GTC, foll owing categories of Bidders also be exempted from furnishing EMD/Bid Se curity:
• i)DPS registered valid Bidders. Such Bidders shall have to upload scanned copy of relevant registration document in support of E MD/Bid Security exemption claim while bidding. ii) Bidders registered with NSIC under Single Point Registration sc heme and uploading valid NSIC certificate while bidding. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in fa vour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, RRCAT" payable at Indore and a copy thereof must be uploaded along with quotation and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 working days of Bid End date/Bid ope ning date. OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider
