OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.The ATC document may kindly be referred and read thoroughly before bidding.
• 2.Amount should be quoted for entire contract period in Rupees including GST . Kindly quote the amount by considering the uploaded PriceBid document. The Pr ice Bid document is also to be uploaded by the bidders. Please note that the Quo ted Lumpsum amount should be as per the calculation done by the bidder in the Price Bid Document. In case of disparity in the same, the lower of the Amounts u ploaded in PriceBid document and the Lumpsum amount quoted in GeM will be c onsidered for evaluation. (Individual rates will then be considered proportionatel y as deemed fit by WCL). (The above clause shall be applicable for GeM generate d L-1 bidder only)
• 3.In case the L-1 bidder fails to comply the eligibility requirement as per NIT or backs out (i.e. Techno commercially established L1 bidder), then his bid sh all be rejected and EMD of L-1 bidder will be forfeited. The tender shall be can celled and retendered. No recycle of the confirmatory documents will be done .
• 4.Kindly refer Office order no. 656 Dt. 01.02.24 issued by GM(Civil )/HOD, WC L HQ (enclosed) in relation to PF reimbursement. .
