Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.EMD to be submitted as specified in NIT.
• 2.COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: The bidder must strictly adhere to the technical spe cifications and Scope of Work (SOW) as per NIT. Any deviations must be explicitly highlighted in the tec hnical bid, failing which the bid will be treated as non-compliant.
• 3.CERTIFICATES & DOCUMENTS REQUIRED: Bidders must upload self-attested, valid copies of the follo wing documents in the online technical bid:
• a)Registration/Incorporation Certificate of the firm.
• b)GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card.
• 4.FINANCIAL PRICE BREAKUP: (Applicable if Price Breakup is enabled) Bidders must upload a detailed price breakup strictly in the format provided by the Buyer in the additional bidding documents. The tot al amount in the breakup must exactly match the total financial quote submitted on the GeM portal. In case of any discrepancy, the price quoted on the GeM portal shall prevail.
• 5.PERFORMANCE SECURITY / PBG: The successful bidder shall be required to submit a Performance Ba nk Guarantee (PBG) / Performance Security equivalent to 5% of the total contract value within 30 days of the award of the contract, valid for a period of 90 days beyond the date of completion of all contract ual obligations.
• 6.RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT: The Competent Authority of the Buyer Organization reserves the right to r eject any or all bids, or cancel the entire bidding process at any stage without assigning any reason the reof.
