Custom Bid For Services - Outsourcing Of Paramedical Staffs For Central Hospital Of UBL For A Period Of Three Months On Manpower Basis

OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

AVAILABILITY OF OFFICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER: An office of the Service Provider must be located in the state of Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.

PAYMENT OF SALARIES AND WAGES: Service Provider is required to pay Salaries / wages of contracted staff deployed at buyer location first i.e. on their own and then claim payment from Buyer alongwith all statutory documents like, PF, ESIC etc. as well as the bank statement of payment done to staff.

• 1.Contract base engagement of Para-Medical Staff is a stop gap arrangement and such services rendered would not confer any right for absorption/ regularization in Railway service at a later date or in the event o f their subsequent selection to the same Post through Railway Recruitment Board . The engagement on co ntract base does not confer any right for employment in Railways.
• 2.Payment will be based on actual number of paramedical staff engaged. Actual engagement may vary d epending upon joining of regular appointees.
• 3.The contractor should indemnify the Railways against the activities or conduct of the para medical staff deputed to central Hospital, Hubballi in the course of working at Railway Hospital
• 4.At the time of entering into contract, the contract Para-medical Staff will have to Produce attested copie s of educational qualification and original certificates of age and educational qualification.
• 5.Any personnel engaged by the agency if found indulged in any illegal activities and intolerable activities is liable to be taken up under administrative action against him or her as deemed fit. If any misconduct is noticed the contractor has to replace the staff at his own cost and risk.
• 6.The police verification certificate should be submitted for all the para medical staff engaged by the cont ractor, whose anticidents have been thoroughly verified.
• 7.All the terms and conditions of this GeM bid will be governed as per the General Conditions of Contract f or Services-2018 and amendments thereon.
• 8.If there is any contradiction between GeM GTC, SLA and GCC for services, then GCC for services -2018 will prevail.
• 9.Project experience and qualifying criteria will be adjudged as per the Eligibility criteria prescribed in atta ched tender document and GCC f or services -2018.
• 10.All the conditions prescribed in tender document attached will be applicable during the execution of co ntract.
• 11.The successful bidder should submit the Performance Guarantee at the rate of 5% of total contract esti mated value with the validity of 05 months.
• 12.Bidder should read the tender document carefully attached in GeM Bid before quoting the rates.
• 13.The participating bidder should comply all the minimum eligibility criteria without fail. Otherwise the of fer is liable to be summarily rejected.
