OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.The documents submitted by a bidder for experience criteria and p ast performance of the successful co mpletion of the furniture supply in Ladakh/ J&K region, shall include S upply /Purchase Orders and shall be supported by a CRAC/Completion Certificate.
• 2.An Affidavit be submitted by the bidder on Rs 100 stamp paper duly signed by the notary that the firm i s not in black list from any Govt agency. (The affidavit should not more than 3 months old)
• 3.Copy of last FY 2024-25 GST return.
• 4.Undertaking for no deviation.
• 5.Sample of the item is required and to be approved by Engr-in- Charge and bulk supply will be done after sample approval.
• 6.The L1 bidder is also required to submit 2% of the offered quoted amount (DD/Bankers Cheque) as guar antee of completion of job before placing of the contract. The amount will be refunded after successful co mpletion of the supply, failing which this amount will be deposited to the Govt Treasury.
• 7.The hard copy of the bid EMD must reach this office before bid closing date compulsorily to ascertains t he authenticity, validity and legitimacy noncompliance in this regard will lead to disqualification of the bid der.
• 8.Compliance Certificate for supply as per MES drg FD-1028, FD-78(M), FD-80, FD-1037, FD-81(M), FD-95( M), FD-372, FD-83(M), FD-75(M), FD-230/379 .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
