• 1.The Seller shall not assign the Contract in whole or part without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 2.The Seller shall not sub-contract the Contract in whole or part to any entity without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 3.The Seller shall, notwithstanding the consent and assignment/sub-contract, remain jointly and severally liable and responsible to buyer together with the assignee/ sub-contractor, for and in respect of the due performance of the Contract and the Sellers obligations there under.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Any other document in support of contract execution like Third Party Inspection release note, etc.Proof for Past Experience and Project Experience clause: For fulfilling the experience criteria any one of the following documents may be considered as valid proof for meeting the experience criteria:a. • 3.PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE (WITH GOVT OF INDIA DEPARTMENTS/MINISTRIES/ OFFICES) TO THE QUANTU M OF ATLEAST 50% OF THE EXTANT OF THE CONTRACT VALUE, WITH ANY SINGLE EVENT BEING AUTHORIS ED/ CONDUCTED BY FIRM (i.e. BIDDER) IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS. PROOF TOWARDS THE SAME IS TO BE S UBMITTED ALONG WITH TECHNICAL BID.
• 4.MANDATORY SITE VISIT CERTIFICATE : - THE FIRM REQUIRE TO VISIT ONBOARD TO UNDERSTAND T HE SCOPE OF WORK AS MENTIONED IN SOW. COPY OF SITE VISIT CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY AUTHORISED SH IPS STAFF TO BE UPLOADED ON GEM.
• 5.MANDATORY - UNDERTAKING SHOULD BE SUBMITTED BY BIDDERS FOR ALL PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES INCLUDING MASKING/COVERING OF SURROUNDING AREA, VENUE PREPARATION FOR HOT WORK AND AVAI LABILITY TO BE COMPLETED 01 DAY PRIOR TO THE WORK.
• 6.UNDERTAKING FOR ACCEPTANCE OF GEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITH SCOPE OF WORK ON FIRM'S L ETTER HEAD WITH STAMP AND VALID SIGNATORY. .
