• 1.Post supply inspection is not permitted. Any offer containing the conditio n of post supply inspection will be rejected. It is therefore mandatory for the bidders, while quoting, to indicate in clear terms the requirements of post supply inspection by any outside agency.
• 2.All the other terms & conditions as per the 'buyer added bid specific ATC document' attached shall be adhered to.
• 3.Offers are invited only from the Original service provider, M/ S A VERY INDIA LTD; 4 & 5 MURUGESAN STREET, BALAVINAYAG AR N AGAR, CHENNAI - 600106. Offers from other bidders is not accep table.
• 4.RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT: The Purchaser reserves the ri ght to terminate the contract without assigning any reasons whatsoever giving one month’s notice in writing.
• 5.ARBITRATION CLAUSE: In the event of any dispute of differences arisin g out of this contract between the contracting parties, it shall be referred to the sole arbitration of the Regional Director, Madras Regional Purchase Unit, Department of Atomic Energy, Dr.Rajendra Prasad Road Pallavaram Chennai.- 600 043 as p er Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended from time to time and his decision shall be fina l and binding o n both the parties.
• 6.VISITS: Any number of Break-down calls by your experienced Service En gineer/trained Mechanic and Service visits as mentioned below shall be conducted per annum.
• 7.Periodicity Of Servicing and maintenance: 1. 40 MT Weigh Bridge 1 No – Quarterly Servicing ( Total 04 visits ) 2. 500 Kg platform scale- 2nos - Half yearly servicing ( Total 02 Visits ) 3. 120 Kg platform scale- 1nos - Half yearly servicing ( Total 02 Visits ).
• 8.Stamping of 40 MT weigh bridge 01 No.500 Kg weighing scales 02 Nos. 1 20 Kg weighing scale 01 No. through Metrology department to be carried out and necessary certificate to that eff ect shall be submitted.
• 9.VALIDITY OF CONTRACT: This contract shall be valid for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of release of the contract.
• 10.Pro rata payment subject to maximum of 4 times for the weighing b ridge and 2 times for weighing scale and electronic platform scale only .
